#FlipMotivation started to measure the key values that motivate the healthy, creative and collaborative teamwork. There is a voting process that we support online. Be part of the learning experience and read our regular news. Try to apply our fresh value set, but if you think that your motivation is driven by different values just raise you voice and build up with us a better langue, a fresh map of purposes in the digitally seasoned business life.

We spent great time together online and our virtual team made great job last year. This year it is to be continued. We purified the learning process for business purpose clarification. This process is made simple and highlights the importance of a common language inside the project. Our observation is that common language can change by time but it is relatively stable if we compare to the fluctuation of daily business context. So values are important, we can identify them by questioning our purpose, goal, longer term interest. Finally, we settle by values in a team that is a common subset of individual interest of team members.
